Q1.:What's your payment terms?
1.Paypal, T/T, Western Union are all acceptable payment terms.
2.The order amount above USD5000, 50% down payment and 50% against the copy of BL, the amount below USD5000, It should be 100% down payment.
3.Regular clients will enjoy special requests for the payment terms if you need.
4.For each order above USD5000, we will pay the bank charge and insurance fee for you, while ones below USD5000, each order costs USD50 or more in bank charge part.
Q2.May I have an inspection?
Yes, Of course you can!
You can inspect the goods and the workshops in our factory by yourself or ask your trust agents in China to do it for you.
We also have QC team to inspect the goods before they are sending out from our factory.
Q3.What's your delivery methods?
The normal delivery methods are all acceptable, such as by Air, by sea and by express.
For air and sea delivery method, we start from Ningbo port or shanghai .
For express delivery method, we start from our door to your door, DHL, Fedex, UPS...are all available.
Your agent forwarders are also acceptable, you only have to pay us inland delivery cost
We suggest buyer making insurance for the goods, to avoid any loss in transportation.
